§  Open MS Outlook in your machine.

§  Now, click on Tools >> choose options.

§  From the dialog box, choose Auto-Archive option >> OK.

§  From the Run Auto-Archive after each option choose the number of days.

§  Choose location for storing the Auto-Archive file >> click OK.

NOTE: The feature of archive does not archive OST file contacts.

Outlook has built in feature of “Export.” It is a quick as well as an easy way to move all the contents from Exchange OST & migrate OST to Gmail via PST.
